CRO Audits provides conversion rate optimization audit services. Our core offering is a comprehensive CRO audit starting at $2,500, which includes:

  • Complete site-wide conversion analysis
  • Analytics and heatmap deep-dive
  • Page-by-page UX review (desktop and mobile)
  • Prioritized recommendations with projected ROI
  • A strategy call to walk through findings

The specific scope and deliverables of each engagement will be confirmed in writing (via email or a formal proposal) before work begins.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Our CRO audit service starts at $2,500 USD.
  • Final pricing may vary depending on the scope and complexity of your website.
  • Payment terms will be outlined in your proposal or invoice.
  • Payment is due upon invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • All fees are non-refundable once the audit work has commenced, except as outlined in our Satisfaction Guarantee (Section 5).

4. Engagement Process

  1. Inquiry: You submit a request through our contact form or email.
  2. Discovery: We assess your website and confirm the audit scope.
  3. Agreement: You approve the scope and pricing; payment is processed.
  4. Audit: We conduct the comprehensive CRO audit (typically 5–7 business days).
  5. Delivery: You receive the audit report and recommendations.
  6. Review: We walk through the findings on a strategy call.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are unsatisfied with your audit deliverables, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to address your concerns, which may include revisions to the audit report. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and is at our sole discretion.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful audit, you agree to:

  • Provide timely access to your website, analytics accounts, and any requested tools (e.g., heatmaps, session recordings)
  • Respond to questions and information requests in a reasonable timeframe
  • Ensure you have the authority to grant access to the above resources
  • Provide accurate and truthful information about your business

Delays in providing access or information may extend the delivery timeline.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the audit deliverables created specifically for your engagement.
  • We retain the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and anonymized insights in our other work.
  • All content on the CRO Audits website (blog posts, tools, design) remains our intellectual property.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without written permission.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client data, analytics, and business information as confidential. We will not share your proprietary information with third parties without your written consent. We may reference the engagement in general terms (e.g., "an e-commerce client") for portfolio or marketing purposes, but will not disclose identifying details without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our audit provides recommendations based on data analysis and professional expertise. However, we do not guarantee specific results, revenue increases, or conversion rate improvements. Actual results depend on implementation quality, market conditions, and many factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRO Audits and Addison Applications shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CRO Audits, Addison Applications, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
  • Interfere with the site's operation or security
  • Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the site without permission
  • Submit false or misleading information through our forms

12. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice. If you terminate after work has begun, you will be responsible for payment proportional to the work completed. We reserve the right to terminate an engagement if client responsibilities (Section 6) are not met.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
